Simple Wellness Program

I have created a simple wellness program. To help you start your journey to a better life, consisting of guidance and directions ,to help improve your life.

This is a generic wellness program, that hopefully many of you can use to implement in your life.

Its great to be printed out and placed on the walls of your bedroom. I designed it to appear on A3 sized paper and it consists of 2 pages.
